    Windows 10 allows the storage of files in various formats, including the option to hide files and folders. To view hidden files, understanding how to unhide folders in Windows 10 is essential.     • Using File Explorer to Show Hidden Files & Folders in Windows

    1. Open any folder, and click on View

    2. now click the checkbox beside Hidden items

      Thats it, hidden files are now shown and not hidden anymore. If you want to learn the other methods to show hidden files, continue reading.
    • Using System Settings to Show Hidden Files & Folders in Windows

    1. Click Start and type hidden, then click on the Show hidden files system settings

    2. Beside Change Settings To Show Hidden & System Files. Click on the Show Settings option to get some more options to show hidden files in Windows
    3. File Explorer Options windows will open, click on the Show Hidden Files option and click OK
    • Using Control Panel to Show Hidden Files & Folders in Windows

    1. Click Start and type Control , click on Control Panel

    2. Inside Control Panel, make sure the View by is set to large icons, and open Files Explorer Options 
    3. The File Explorer Options will open, click on the View tab, and then select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and click OK
